Last night I went to the cinema. I watched "Pathfinder". I know, the trailers do look good. But the movie is pretty bad. Well, that’s too categoric.

It is basically an action movie. I thought it was cool since the background is kind of different. It’s about viking trying to conquest America. Actually this is what it seems to be about… but it’s not. Too swallow I guess. It’s just an action movie.

I found two specific scenes kind of weird.

The first one is when the main character, the pathfinder, is guiding the vikings in order to get to the next village to attack it. They get to this open valley. All snowy. It is actually a frozen lake. The group is formed by around thirty to forty people. All big guys with weapons and plates. Horses. Heavy stuff.

The scene goes like this:

- Let’s surround the lake - says the pathfinder.
- No! Do you think we are cowards? - replies the lead-viking.

I find it pretty stupid since the group proceeds and the frozen lake brakes. Most of them fell into the cold water. Some die.

After they just say: "let’s surround the lake"

The second moment happens soon after. The vikings have decided to surround the lake. It is not as easy as it seems (that might give a little more sense to the stupidity showed before, but it is not really clear while watching the movie). They have to go through a number of really narrow passes between mountains. Deep cliffs and all that.

The pathfinder, in order to deceive and kill the vikings, says:

- Hey, the pass is dangerous. We must tie one another.
- No! We don’t - the lead viking again.

Then one viking falls down the cliff…

- We should get tied - pathfinder
- Ok! But I will get tied to you and her (hot-movie-girl)  - lead viking.

So everyone gets tied. After some time the pathfinder throws a stone to a viking… and after some unfortunate events, hehe, they all fall!!!!
